This blog is basically just a way to share my life, my experiences and the little things that I have found to help when life becomes too much or too dark. In sharing these things I hope that I may one day impart something that will help someone:

  • who may be struggling with Depression and/or Anxiety or
  • who may have a friend/family member with Depression and/or Anxiety

Please note that the content in this blog is purely taken from/based around my own personal experiences. I am not a medical professional nor do I have any professional qualifications in dealing with people with mental illnesses. I strongly advise anyone suffering/diagnosed with a mental illness such as Depression or Anxiety to be in contact with a GP or health professional and/or a Counselor.
